# Slack

> Use Wild Moose with Slack

Wild Moose integrates with Slack to bring investigations directly into your team's workflow. It monitors your channels, runs investigations, and posts enrichment results - all as threaded replies so your team stays in context.

## What Wild Moose does in Slack

* **Monitors alert channels** - watches for incoming alerts from your monitoring tools.
* **Posts enrichment threads** - investigation results appear as threaded replies on the original alert message.
* **Accepts slash commands** - your team can trigger investigations and interact with Wild Moose directly via Slack slash commands.
* **Surfaces mitigations** - actionable remediation steps are posted alongside findings.
